Happy Easter - Travel Safe

Lucy had her first National Charity League meeting last week. Mom is the Glad for the year and worked hard preparing for the meeting. Lucy had a great time and really likes the girls in her class.

Travel safe today and can't wait to see you. Granddaddy is here and looking good. Nice notes on Austin Golf site about district results here.

Fish tails

Sam proving to Emily that he really can fish!

Hey Sally,

Emily celebrated her fine play in District Golf by going fishing with Sam this morning. It is 'Late Start Day' here in Eanes ISD, so Lucy had two friends over for a weekday spend the night. The girls made a little racket last night.

Granddaddy arrives this afternoon. Hope you are well and can't wait to see you tomorrow evening.

Prayers for Pop,

Dad

That 'Pop' ball can really shoot a 76!

Golfing that ball for 'Pop'

Sally,

Emily had the first tee time in District play yesterday morning, teeing off at 7:30 a.m. This photo taken with little light as she prepared to play her second shot on the first hole at historic Lions Municipal Golf Course.

She played beautifully, dedicating her round to Pop. Here is a shot of her golf ball, which is usually marked with a simple 'E'. She shot a 76 with three birdies, hitting a personal best 12 greens in regulation.

Back at it today for round two and our prayers are with Pop, as E puts a little extra 'pop' on her ball.

Stay whole,

Dad

Happy Birthday Sally!

We can't wait to see you this week in Austin. Wow, two decades of making us laugh. Stay young and spontaneous! And make it a great Monday.
