I've been enjoying learning about Peter Leyden's work. Peter is a futurist who spent some time doing research as a Senior Fellow at Autodesk. He predicted what today's world would be like 20 years ago, and he got most of it right. Now he has an interesting series called The Transformation, that predicts where we are headed by the year 2050.
"The Transformation tells the future history of America and the world from 2020 to 2050. The six-part series lays out a positive yet plausible scenario of how we actually could solve the great challenges of climate change, economic inequality and political polarization."
